Made to order
Every Milky Way News item is printed or embroidered just for you by our production partner, Printful. Orders usually ship within 2–7 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, at a flat $5.99.

Nothing ships until it's made, so the two add together. The total above is what you'll see quoted at checkout.
Returns
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size options before ordering.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at contact@milkywaynews.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Don't send the item back — we don't need it returned.
Wrong address?
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right one; reshipping is at your cost.
Cancellations
Production starts quickly. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel.
