Saturnians

The Saturnian of contactee lore is a tall, robed, radiantly composed elder-statesman, usually placed not on the gas giant itself but in its rings or on a large moon. Their role is deliberative: George Adamski's Inside the Space Ships (1955) describes a Saturn-hosted "Council of Seven" convening the solar delegations, the body from which decisions about Earth's trajectory supposedly flow.

Adamski's council is the anchor; 1970s New Age transmissions (Tuella's circle and Guardian Action International) recycled the Saturn-council framework. Beneath it lies an older esoteric layer: Rudolf Steiner's early 20th century cosmology associated a spiritual Saturn with cosmic memory and elder wisdom, a template the contactee material plausibly drew on.

Faded from mainstream ufology, the Saturnian persists in Theosophically flavored contactee branches, and Saturn's genuine mystique (rings, hexagonal polar storm) keeps esoteric attention on the planet.

The probes answered the address: Saturn is a gas giant without a surface, its moons frozen (though Enceladus and Titan are real astrobiology targets at the microbial level). The council is authored theology in space dress, traceable Adamski to Steiner. As with the other planetary races, the entry's value is genealogical: it shows contactee cosmology's debts to older occult systems.
