Anna Paulina Luna

Anna Paulina Luna is a Republican U.S. representative from Florida and a leader of the House's UAP disclosure bloc. She co-organized the July 2023 Grusch hearing and later chaired the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, which took UAP as part of its portfolio alongside JFK, RFK, and MLK records.

An Air Force veteran, Luna entered Congress in 2023 and adopted government secrecy as a signature issue, framing UAP as a case study in unaccountable classification.

With Tim Burchett she pushed the Oversight Committee into the 2023 hearing, and she described being briefed afterward by whistleblowers in secure settings. Her declassification task force, formed in 2025, held hearings that included UAP witnesses and pressed agencies for records, feeding the political environment that produced the February 2026 presidential directive and the PURSUE releases.
